1. Collecting and processing http protocol data

Our webserver collects protocol data every time our website or Soccer Challenge web app is visited and each time a file is accessed (e.g. browser type, smartphone/tablet, date and time of access). These are not personal data. It is therefore not possible for us to assign the collected data to a specific natural person.

All this information is evaluated by Soccer Challenge solely for statistical purposes. Forwarding to third parties does not occur. Linking these data to other data does not take place. The data are furthermore regularly deleted within a week after statistical evaluation.

2. Use of personal and third party data

Soccer Challenge collects your data as needed while processing contracts. Special attention is given by Soccer Challenge to legal regulations in this process. Without your permission, Soccer Challenge will only collect, process or use your basic data and usage data as far as it is necessary for handling the contractual relationship. Soccer Challenge will not sell, lend or otherwise forward your personal data to third parties. Forwarding data to third parties only occurs without your permission when legally obligated to do so (legal or official ordinance).

Solely when you have granted your express permission will the use of recorded personal data and statistics obtained from that data be allowed for use for the purposes of advertising / market research, securing sport talent and scouting as well as the designing of our services. You and the participating persons – which were entered into the system – have the right to withdraw the permission granted. Soccer Challenge uses your and their personal data only within the organization and only forwards them to such organizations which are involved in fulfilling contractual agreements or are otherwise involved with rendering services. Your personal details and your entered personal data will otherwise not be forwarded to third parties – if you haven’t expressly given your consent or we are obligated to do so, for example due to legal or court orders.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Your data are transmitted using an SSL connection. Thus your data are protected against unwanted third party access.

3. Newsletter

If you would like to subscribe to the Soccer Challenge newsletter, we need your e-mail address, the confirmation that you are the owner of the submitted email address and that you agree with receiving the newsletter. These data are only collected with the purpose of being able to send you the newsletter and to document our authorization to do this. Forwarding data to third parties does not occur. Subscribing to the newsletter and the consent to save your email address can be cancelled at any time.

4. Use of cookies

Cookies are data files that are sent by the web server to the user's web browser and saved there for future use. Whether cookies can be collected or not, you decide yourself by setting your browser in such a way that you are informed before saving cookies and saving then only occurs if you expressly accept it.

Soccer Challenge only uses cookies for the purpose of obtaining information about the use of the web services as well as for statistical purposes.

The data files do not contain any personal information. No connection with any of your personal data made available take places.

5. Right to information

You have the right to obtain information regarding the data saved concerning your person, including the origin and recipients of your data and the purpose for the data processing. Please address your request in writing or per email to our address provided in the contact information.

6. Google Analytics conditions: Data protection

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google, Inc. ("Google"). 7. Facebook conditions: Using Facebook plugins ("Like button")

Soccer Challenge has integrated plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South Carolina Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA on their webpages. The Facebook plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the "Like button" on our page. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ . When you visit Soccer Challenge pages, the plugin will establish a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook obtains the information that you have visited a Soccer Challenge webpage with your IP address. When you click on the Facebook "Like button" while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Facebook profile. Facebook can then associate the visit to our pages with your user account. Soccer Challenge notes that our company as a service provider of the pages receives no information of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. 8. Using the Google "+1" button

Soccer Challenge uses the "+1" button of the social network Google+ (Google Plus) of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, 94043 USA (hereafter "Google").

Every time a website of Soccer Challenge's internet presence is accessed which is provided with a "+1" button, the "+1" button causes the browser you are using to load and optically display the "+1" button from the Google server. The Google server is informed which webpage of Soccer Challenge’s internet presence you are currently visiting. Google protocols your browser history when displaying the "+1" button for the duration of up to two weeks for system maintenance and debugging purposes. A further analysis of your visit to a website of Soccer Challenge's internet presence with a "+1" button does not take place.
