Soccer Challenge is a service in which a wide variety of people are invited to participate. The following principles are generally valid and to be kept by every customer.
1. Conversational tone
The use of vulgar, abusive or hateful speech is to be refrained from! This also applies when these expressions are masked by symbols or other characters. Inappropriate behavior can – for instance, in the Soccer Challenge news area – result in a warning. In extreme cases Soccer Challenge is authorized to terminate your membership immediately.
2. No legal violations
No legal violations! Every display, glorification or trivializing of illegal actions will not be tolerated. If such a violation occurs, Soccer Challenge will take appropriate action and as needed inform the responsible authorities.
3. Viruses, spam & Co.
The use of Soccer Challenge to transmit viruses, Trojan horses, junk e-mails, spam e-mails and chain letters is prohibited.
4. E-mail support
Message via e-mail support: Fair use applies for using our e-mail support. In order to offer every customer a timely, high quality service, if there is a case of excessive use of this service, such messages will be placed behind others resulting in answers to inquiries taking longer than 24 hours.
5. Overloading of resources
If a user causes an overloading of resources (data transfer), Soccer Challenge reserves the right to limit the access of the user to a lower level.
